With Alya out of the way and completely oblivious to his cunning, Zeedan, under pressure, takes the opportunity to launder some of Hashim’s money through the Speed Daal cashier.
Later, Hashim meets him in the ginnel and, handing him another bag of money, tells him that he has a month to push it into the books. Zeedan’s heart sinks as he realizes the chances of getting caught are increasing.
In the living room apartment, Curtis runs his hand through his hair and a tuft falls.
When he reveals that this is another side effect of his illness, Emma is heartbroken for him and wonders how she can help him.
Later in the Rovers Return, she confides in Steve how worried she is for Curtis’ condition and wonders if he would loan her the money from Oliver’s fund to allow him to see a private consultant.
Did Curtis decide he needed the money to get answers?
Sean offers to help grateful Asha and Nina find Stu by introducing them to his friend Carol.
Carol suggests they go talk to some of the homeless by the river, but she is furious and throws them out when she sees them rummaging through Stu’s things.
As Asha and Nina return home, they spot Stu again and Nina bites the bullet and tells him that they need his help.
